Booking Terms

These terms describe how bookings are made and confirmed through this website.

The booking process

1. You submit the online enquiry form with your details, course preference, and any test date you already have.
2. A member of our team reviews your enquiry and contacts you, usually within one working day, to confirm availability and course details.
3. Once details and payment are confirmed, your course is booked and your instructor will be in touch to arrange your first session.

Accuracy of information

Please make sure the details you provide (contact information, licence status, test date, address/postcode) are accurate — we rely on them to plan your course and instructor route.

Right to decline

We may decline or postpone a booking where, for example, you don't hold a valid provisional licence, or we're unable to accommodate your preferred language, gearbox, or dates.
