Kings Driving Centre ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you use our booking enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pick-up postcode, course preference, gearbox preference, driving experience, preferred language, practical test details, and any notes you add.
We also collect limited technical data automatically via cookies where you've consented to them — see our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange driving lessons or courses
- To match you with a suitable instructor (including by language and gearbox preference)
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it, where you've consented to analytics cookies
Who we share it with
Your booking enquiry is delivered to us via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and analytics data is processed via Google Tag Manager where you've given consent. Our Google Reviews and YouTube widgets are provided by Elfsight. We don't sell your data to third parties, and we don't use it for marketing beyond responding to your enquiry unless you separately opt in.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as reasonably needed to provide our service and meet our accounting and legal obligations, typically no longer than 6 years after your last lesson with us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability.
