Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for intensive courses and lessons booked through Kings Driving Centre.

Unused hours

If you cancel a course before it starts, any deposit or payment made is refundable minus a reasonable administration charge. Once a course has started, hours already delivered are non-refundable; remaining unused hours are refundable or can be rescheduled, at your preference.

Instructor-cancelled sessions

If we cancel a session (see our Cancellation Policy), you'll always be offered a free rescheduled slot, or a refund for that session if you'd prefer not to reschedule.

Non-refundable items

Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, a practical test fee paid to the DVSA) are not refundable by us, as these are separate from our own course fees and are governed by DVSA's own rules.

How to request a refund

Email info@kingsdrivingcentre.co.uk with your name and booking details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 10 working days, back to your original payment method.

Klarna instalments

If you're paying by Klarna instalments, refunds are processed back through Klarna in line with their own terms, which apply alongside ours.
