This page explains how payment works when you book a course with us.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, and instalment plans via Klarna.
How payment is arranged
Submitting the online booking form starts an enquiry, not an automatic charge — a member of our team will confirm your course and take payment directly, by card link, bank transfer, or in person, once details are confirmed.
Deposits, full payment, and instalments
You can pay in full, pay a deposit to secure your course dates with the balance due before the course starts, or spread the cost through Klarna. Klarna instalment plans are subject to Klarna's own eligibility checks and terms, separate from ours.
Currency and pricing
All prices on this site are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Invoices
An invoice or payment receipt is provided for every course booked — just ask if you need one for your records.
