Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any driving course or lesson you book with Kings Driving Centre. By submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must hold a valid UK provisional (or full) driving licence to take lessons with us, and meet the minimum age requirement for the category of vehicle you're learning in.

Our instructors

Lessons are delivered by DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) in modern dual-control vehicles, manual or automatic as agreed at booking.

Bookings

Submitting the online enquiry form does not create an instant confirmed booking — a member of our team will contact you to confirm course details, scheduling, and payment. See our Booking Terms for the full process.

Conduct

We ask learners to arrive on time, notify us as early as possible if running late or unable to attend, and to treat instructors and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue tuition where conduct is unsafe or abusive.

Liability

While we take every reasonable care in the delivery of our courses, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome (such as passing your test within a given number of hours), as this depends on individual aptitude, practice, and circumstances beyond our control.
