Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations and rescheduling work for individual lessons and full intensive courses.

Individual lessons

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, as the slot cannot usually be resold at short notice.

Intensive courses

If you need to cancel a course before it starts, see our Refund Policy for how much of your payment is refundable. Once a course is underway, individual days follow the 48-hour notice rule above; we'll always try to reschedule missed days where possible rather than lose them.

If we need to cancel

Occasionally we may need to cancel or move a lesson — for example due to instructor illness or unsafe weather. In these cases we'll give as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled slot at no extra cost.
